As the economy fluctuates, we see the social discrepancy in each city. Young people with no prospects and no preparation for the labor market that demands continuous evolution. These young people heap up in search of jobs without the certainty of a better future. In order to improve this scenario, our founders believe that technology is a powerful force of change and through it, we can change the lives of these young people and consequently the entire market through them. Over the years, we have developed and adapted our teaching methodology to always be one step ahead of the technological demands required by the market. We believe that only through technology education can we change the current scenario and reduce the gap between professionals and the labor market. For all this, they founded Prodigyan.

Mission

Prodigyan looks at each person in a unique way, for us they is the future and so we will never discriminate either by sex, race or any disability that this young person may find to be an impediment to grow and evolve in the market.

Our mission is to make every young person who participates in our program understand that they can be what they wants to be and that there is room for everything and everyone in the technology market.

Why do we do this?

In a decade where technological evolution is advancing in great strides, technology is triggering solutions for the world, we see more and more companies in need of more dynamic, complete and proactive professionals, in contrast to education  who advances in slow steps to market demand. Our founders in partnership with sponsors companies work together to reduce this social deficit and deliver professionals ready for today’s market and the future.

How we do it

From the continuous evolution of advanced teaching methodologies, associated with business support, we work tirelessly to promote a sustainable future, where all young people have access to the competitive advantages and opportunities that technology provides through an immersion in the labor market, thus providing a clear view of all the roles that are occupied in a company. This vision gives young people a broad understanding of the position they is in and where he can get to and this makes all the difference in his future.

We teach in our classroom that each young person has his place, and technology makes no distinction to be practiced, taught or evolved. Everyone has their place.
